Heard today that to make up for the shortfall in Council funding etc etc that they are looking into a review clause in your tenancy with the intention of bringing the rent inline with the current financial climate!!!

Have no idea if true or not...anybody else heard anything along those lines?

Yeah, it's going up to £504,000 per month, We need to sell 14,000 adult tickets per home game just to pay the rent.

Don't think we have an annual review - so perhaps just wishful thinking... I'd be more worried if I was playing in a stadium that we have no control whatsoever with... wherever I lay my hat... or fez or whatever!!!!

The ground is owned by Kingston Community Developments which isn't part of the council either is it?

The primary lease is between the council and Kingston Community Development Limited (formerly Gaingroup) and is a peppercorn annual rental. KCD sublet to Rovers.
