Agreed. At the game you tend not to see a lot of what goes on, but watching the recording this morning it was clear that his contribution was impressive. As you say he needs to have more game time and will kick on. Good role models for him in our pack.

No one said he made masses of carries, he wasn't on the field for that long really. My concern with him has been his lack of aggression and that he hasn't run his weight. Last night he might not have gotten through lots of work but the things he did do he did with conviction. I see you have neglected to mention the 16 tackles and no misses too.

Looking at some of those stats backs up how good our props were. Carvell averaged 10.38 yards without a tackle bust, that's some serious leg drive. Paea made 14 carries for 126 metres too. Huge go forward.
