Whilst it was good to have him back he could have easily cost us the game today getting himself sin-binned for sheer stupidity. Maybe he was just a bit too pumped up but he needs to harness that into his game rather than throwing haymakers.

Agree in a way, but sure everyone could see it coming.. Hicks lost control of the game and gave daft penalties, made countless errors and basically showed the RFL we need better referees.

While it's always good to see a bit of biff, the ref completely lost control and Salford bought into that and saw it as an opportunity to wind-up Ogre. He was daft enough to fall for it but I guess there's only so much a bloke like him can take.
It could have lost us the game though.
