Heard that Millwards left Cas is there any truth in this?

Agree. His record as a coach should surely disqualify him from being an "expert" within the media.

I don't understand the need to sack him now, he's just lost to Huddersfield (riding high), us (considerably better than them) and St Helens. Did they really think that these were winnable games?

Maybe he is another that doesn't get on or agree with thier BOD

I read a rumour that a consortium is about to take them over. Although why said consortium would want rid of their two best players is beyond me.

Maybe they are on too high a salary?

The consortium may be of the type that may think they can improve the running of the club but don't have the financial clout to do so. They may still need to use Jack Fultons money in the short term so this may be a case of balancing the books and writing off this season.

If that's right, it looks like it will be a 12 team league soon anyway, because Hull KR seem to be suggesting that they will drop out before next year.
