Took a lucky deflection.

for the defence, gave them a chance to get near him. sam wanted to kick to go further and he was quicker than the chasing players and therefore would easily have got to the ball first.

Sam was outstanding today, even by his standards and on one leg, wait when he is fully fit ! Oh and he is as brave as a lion, they tried to knock his block off a couple of times but he just gets up again.

Shame Sky feel the need to have pundits in vision when the tries are on *rollseyes*

It really was a special try, couldn't help but applaud, quality.

The lad is on another level to any other player in superleague, i really hope he goes to the NRL instead of union when he eventually leaves you lot.

The Wakey fans stood near me were saying he looked tired. He then scored THAT try and then ran through their defence with ease to set George up.

Then near the end pulled off a great try-saving tackle on their winger (Fox, was it?). Yep, definitely tired!

I said to my mate, we should take Sam off now with him being strapped up - dont want him aggrevating the injury any further.

So he only went and chipped it over for a hat trick, carried Peter Fox in to row C and made a cracking break for George's hat trick.
