What a B*** end !

Had an opportunity to make some valid points regarding British coaches and says " I blame Michael Maguire" I mean come on you fool. If rumours are to be believed then Wigans coach & assistant will be both British next year. Total and utter ball bag !

Also showed a massive disregard for Cumbrian RL and a huge lack of knowledge of RL outside SL.

He was bad tonight.

He was particularly bad tonight though ya could sort of see his point. Wigan brought in Michael Maguire an "unknown" assistant from Australia (though very highly regarded at probably the best team) and now other clubs i.e. Salford, Hull KR are going down the same route rather than offering the roles to a British coach.

The guy is embarrassing. They all are.

We bring in Aussie coaches because the majority of British ones are sh*te.

I saw an interview he did with Stuart Barnes regarding RU & RL. Stevo was simply embarrasing !

He simply had no decent arguments, whereas Stuart Barnes gave some good well thought out answers. Stevo just came across as a bitter and idiotic.

Did he not mean it as in to say 'I Blame Michael Maguire for coming over here and being so good, breezing through Super League winning everything even the most notorious British coach couldnt (with wigan) proving that Aussie coaches are superior?'

Are Wiggy and Slaphead actually answerable to anyone?

They are picky, bitter and biased in almost all their commentaries. They are disliked widely within the game. They do it down rather than talk it up. And yet they continue as the voices of British RL - well paid, lording it at RL parties - a position they've enjoyed unchallenged for 20 years or so.

Is there no-one above them to say 'time for a change'?

The point Stevo was trying to make was valid but he went about making it in a completely cack-handed and pig-headed manner. When a team is succesful it is only natural for some in the competition to try and copy their model for success but to say that it's the successful team that is to blame for that is just stupid

This is why I don't watch it (include the SL show in that) infact I only watch the live games and thats a struggle because of the crap they come out with.
