They need to take a long hard look at themselves.

The effort and desire not just today but the past two weekends has been nothing short of appalling. Today was worse. The fans, the coach and the owner deserve far more.

The whole coaching set up should resign with immediate effect. If I was coaching that team I would ask what on earth my positive impact was? If you're not part of the solution you are part of the problem. This club has been allowed to sit in its comfort zone for far too long.

Surely this season is a wake up call. Thwelis likewise - part of the problem.

Before you start, this is hardly a knee jerk reaction.

The performance was awful and we had zero idea with ball in hand but to suggest there was no effort is wrong.

As badly as the team played the decision to try and take two clearly came from the bench. Having defended several repeat sets we threw away a momentum change and told the players our coaches had no faith in them. Terrible terrible decision entirely down to the coach.

Think about it, our coaches did not have faith in the players to go for the win against Wakefield. That was it for me with Anderson, I think he is a good coach but he is floundering and I think the time has come that both club and coach need a change.

The performance wasn't awful it was woeful, in regards to effort, for the Wakey try it was a hopeful grubber into the in goal, where was the effort from our players to make sure the situation was defused, there wasn't any we stood and watched and invited the try so yes there was a lack of effort, put this with our line speed when defending and there is a case for lack of effort

Wakefield scored one try. No lack of effort in defence! Clueless in attack!

Just remind me where was the effort to stop the Wakey try, as I have said in a previous post it was a hopeful grubber and not one Giant made the effort to get to the ball, it was a bloody gift

We need a full time captain to lead on the pitch. Hate to be critical of individuals but Hinchy was totally ineffective, disappointing and lacking in leadership today.
Totally inept and disappointing performance yet again.

What really grinds my gears is how some of the players go and see their families and friends straight after the final whistle - especially after defeats like the last couple of weeks.

They should be straight down the tunnel waiting to take the -kicking they deserve.

These are professional sportsmen. They can catch up with their families after they have had a debrief, shower and necessary treatment.
