So realistically that's a bit of a problem given PR's reliance on 'filling the gaps' with dual contract players as he mentioned at the Fans Forum? And even then, the only 'loanees' we'll be able to sign will presumably be for the full season and only from Wigan with them being a non-partnered club? Looks to me as if it's a last ditch attempt from the powers that be to try and force our hand and sign up to a 'partnership' after all, something I hope we resist as strongly as possible.

Trevor siad last night at the LISA meeting that we would be getting some loanees and we would know Monday on one of them, hope this happens as hes proved it and fits in well at Leigh.

Probably just the ones who haven't twinned as their partner club will surely get first refusal on players.

If you consider the quality of players who aren't in the 25 strong squad for Wigan then there are quite a few who would be really useful Championship level.
Spencer, Burke and last years u-18 sign ups are all good options. |
