2:30 this morning young glow comes running into our room,
"Dad someones nicked the flag pole and flag!"
Gets up to look and sure enough its gone
but why leave the fixing stump
Oh well nothing we can do now, back to bed.
2:45 hears a van/mini bus in the street pulling away, thinks nothing of it.
next thing young glows back in our room,
"Dad its back
....................with a German flag on it!!"
So at 3am the glows were out in the street taking the German flag down and replacing it with a St George one.
After the WC the German flag can go up in my shed, thanks for the laugh whoever did it, we escaped all the street waking up to the German flag flying but it was a top effort.
