Jonno is a very good solid pro & had he remained injury free would have solved the problematic centre position for England this year. Unfortunately his injury record has severely affected his peak years but don't forget he won trophies at Warrington, Wigan and Bradford & will be a valuable addition to the Crusaders squad.

Too slow too be a Centre, too small to be a Second Row.

i don't think he would make a valuable addition to any superleague squad.... but Brian Noble does... so what do i know.

Harris has done all the Crusaders' recruitment for next season.

in that case i stand by my original statement.... don't think we will see much of him next season.

he could probably do a decent job for a championship club though..... if he stays fit....

I've watched the Cup Final v Huddersfield several times (his last game for the club) and I thought he was very impressive. I also remember two brilliant off loads (playing right centre) to make tries v Saints in a previous cup match a few years back... we were doing so well whilst he was on the field. Due to injuries we never got the best out of him ... but a very decent player when fit.

Didn't he injure his knee in that game? He was having a stormer that day. Gutted when he went off.

Yep ... he did his knee a few inches from the try line.

Both he and Reardon suffered season ending injuries in that match IIRC
