Regardless of the Aussie result v Samoa, England can assure themselves of a place in the final by beating the Kiwis by more than 18 clear. A tough ask and I don't think the Kiwis will play as badly as they did at the weekend, but it can be done.

Indoor stadium, so the weather won't play a part in the contest....2 evenly matched teams, semi-final type environment........I think this could be the game of the tournament.

They only have to win by ten. I think they're good enough to do it. O'Loughlin's fit, the halves have had more time together and they know what they did wrong, which wasn't much, against Aus.

It has been 8 years since we beat either of the big 2 in the SH and NZ are at this time clearly the stronger of the two, so just beating them would be enough to make this a good tournament overall even if we were not to make the final.
