Can anyone tell me now that England are in the final next week,,Is Henry Perenara going to be the Ref?....

Thierry Alibert's name has been going around abit at the minute.

I suppose it depends on who Sheens wants!

Perenara could be a good ref for us in this game, he will have watched back his mistakes a it will be at the back of his mind and we may well get the rub of the green this time. Not that id want to final to come down to a ref decision.

Monsewer Alibert is a master referee compared to the idiots we have had to put up with these last two weeks from 'down under'.

I'm thinking an Aussie ref, who will do his best to screw us and then well be accused of whinging for complaining about it.

I really wouldnt count on that. The ref will be whoever the Aussies want because thats how International RL works. Just hope whoever takes charge is a heck of alot better than the last two we have had to endure.

Should be Thierry Alibert. Neutral, full time pro, top division official. No brainer.

Sheens may bleat, but he would not have a leg to stand on. Even if he insists that the Kiwi 'lacks experience' (a reasonable view) Thierry Alibert is an SL ref and fully qualified to ref it as a neutral. To try to exclude Alibert would be akin to saying that no SL ref is up to it, and that's an insult too far.
