If the administrator is trying to offload our highest paid players, and Foster is the second player to leave, I think that speaks volumes about why we're in this mess to begin with. God help us if he's on a wedge.

Does the player have a choice if the administrator says im releasing you from the playing staff as we can't afford you?

Not really but that's not going to save the administrator that much is it?

The admin is still be bound by employment law, so would have to pay their contract up (or come to an agreement with the player) which wouldn't save anything. Selling them or allowing them to leave for other clubs is the only way to let them go.

Looks like the rumour on the Wakey forum is that no more of your players will be going to Wakefield as the budget has all been spent so Foster will be staying at Bradford unless another club like London have the cash.

He said no more players after this week so could still be a chance.
