What, 12 months ago when we went off to Wigan and won? Last years side would have made the play-off had they not had a points deduction. We have went WAAAAAAAAY backwards on the field this season.

I am not expecting miracles here, just a team that is not a complete embarrassment.

I am not a bulls fan I am a fax fan and I know how difficult it is following a team that's not performing up to what the fans expect.

Patience, its not going to happen in a season or two, re-building is a long long process.

Cummings up to it? Probably not, he's not a superleague coach and needs to probably earn his stripes at a lower league club or as an assistant, but fair play to him for taking the role on when others wouldn't (including working for bog all initially).

Players up to it? Probably not, if not coached well, but they are what you've got at the moment, and its going to take time to build a team capable of performing in the league.

I don't have all the answers and I understand frustrations, but Patience is most definitely needed.

You do need to have an eye on the end of next season, so you don't end up in the bottom two to be sent into superleague 2.

I do get what you are saying but last season at least we had the heart and the fight and the togetherness that gave us hope.

This season both on and off the field we seem to have neither.

Time for FC and OK to deliver. The honeymoon is over and we are going backwards faster than a French Army tank.

I agree in what you're saying about the lack of team spirit etc., but I just can't disregard the lack of Sky money the way you do.
Circa £500k is not an amount to be sniffed at in any walk of life, and in the sport of RL it makes a massive, massive difference.
Additional coaching staff, marketing, training facilities, the academy setup, the list is endless for the areas of our club that could and no doubt would be strengthened by that extra money - not everything is about the 17 guys representing the club on the field.

Until we get the same funding as everyone else we just won't compete with the majority, it's as simple as that. And even when we do, there will always be the clubs with the wealthy backers keeping one step ahead of us.

Mystic, why are you do hung up on the fact that the Sky money has not made a difference? How can it not have?

Of course it makes a difference but it also offers a very convenient excuse.

We are not getting the best from what we have got to play with. We are not seeing any improvement week on week. And we still, clearly, cannot do the basics.

Sky money makes no difference to us not been able to tackle or looking so dispirited.
