As for today's result

Strangely I always say wait 10 games until you make a judgement about sides.
For the first 5 or 6 games everyone was saying Leeds will come good eventually, that Widnes were playing really well, that Cas looked class and Wigan would be as strong as ever.

Well 10 games in and Catalan have kind of sneaked up into 2nd, Wigan have just had their points difference obliterated. And from Wakefield up, 3 games covers the top 9 teams.

It's a competitive league and the traditionally lower ranked teams are making sure that they don't make the same mistake as last season and get cut adrift too early in the season.

It's very unlikely we would knock off Catalan by 40 points but if we did we would be 2nd next weekend.
I think this season will be another case of large swings between teams as on their day most sides can beat any other side.

Even people in war torn Syria are celebrating Wakefield's win....

They might not look it, but the Wakefield fans are jubilant....
