Ashurst - Could be cruciate ligament damage which would end his season.

And the worst possible news - Cunningham suspected broken jaw - what a horrible way to end your career if true

I really, really hope this isn't true, it's not the way it should end for KC.



Add to that the uncertainty of Pryce, Soliola and Fa'asavalu and it's been a truly luckless season on the injury front.

I hope none of the injuries are serious but even moreso Cunninghams, he deserves to go out on a high and he should be playing at the last league game at KR

Big questions on our conditioning staff - kids get knocks but so many senior players going down can't be right...

Saints match report suggests Eastmond is a back injury, Ashurst I think will be ok, his knee twisted pretty badly but he didn't look in too much pain like a proper cruciate injury but might take a few weeks.

Cunningham, I just hope its not broken and he gets back there are 5 weeks till the qualifying weekend and 6 to a potential Grand Final.

For the niggling injuries I agree, but I'm not sure there's alot you can do about broken jaws, bulging disks, cruciate knee damage etc.That's just rotten luck.

Oh i know we have had a fair share of bad luck injuries all in one year, its just so frustrating that we can't go 2 games without players getting knocks that keep them out, the big ones can't be avoided but the little ones can and should be a lot less.

I am hoping Kyle will be fine for Cas or Wire and we do have plenty cover in the back row for Ashurst but KC's injury really leaves a bittersweet aftertaste to a good win.

How did KC do his jaw and did it look broke?

Eastmond left the field early in the 2nd half and didn't return. He came back to the sidelines to see if he could run, but was clearly in alot of pain. He looked devastated.

I didn't see Cunningham's injury, but they asked him about it and he didn't sound optimistic. Potter later confirmed that it was a suspected fractured jaw.

Hope it's not the end of Cunnigham and he gets to say a proper "Farewell".

We have been the best team this season IMO. Most points scored just dodgy defence but that comes when you play youngsters. Believe people we can win this!!!! You can take our starting 13 away and we'd still compete!!!! Were the saints people and be proud!!
