Apart from Moore replacing Clark, the departing players have been replaced by better players for next year I think. Replacing Huby will also be very difficult, but overall I think Cas look stronger for next season.

Guess you are not counting Sneyd. To me Marc is being replaced by Gale as they are the more structured halves and play a similar style. Roberts is an off the cuff type player a bit like chase who will have more of running game. Dont think Gale is a better player than Sneyd and would take a big improvement to be as good as Sneyd has been this season. Its a question of getting the balance right and this season you have with the halves. Sneyd could go to Hull and not fit into their structures of play. |

I can't say I rate Sneyd that highly. Gale is a better player at the moment IMO. Both are very average in defence though.

Is Powell looking to change Finn to a hooking role then?
I've seen both play only as an away fan and the odd tv appearance but I would say Finn is better than Gale.
Is that not the case?

I would imagine it will be Roberts and Gale in the halves next year with Finn as back up. Losing Clark will mean Moore and Milner will be competing for the hooker role and Finn providing cover for the halves and hooker positions.
