Just out of interest , any body know if that was a club record time for a debutante to score a try in 5 mins for leeds in there debut game , any player done it quicker than that

Perhaps Liam Hood away at Cas? Not sure exact timings but he didn't come on till late in game so must have been pretty quick?

Edit According to the always accurate BBC "20-year-old hooker Hood came off the bench to complete the scoring just four minutes after entering the fray." ... so 4 minutes!

scored 22 points off the bench in a 74-0 win. Scored a hat trick inside 22 minutes of coming on and 5 goals that afternoon. A game also marked with a brace from TMFMISL as well.

Was the opening poster not talking about starting the game?

Comparisons between substitutes on tiring defences, shouldn't be compared with starting games where the initial minutes are usually a wrestle for dominance.
