A fabulous banner, only bettered by the "Hull KR Ledgend" one.

Based on some the comments on the fans forums regarding the RFL, i think it would be safe to say imo, that most rugby league fans would voice a resounding no confidence vote if it were put to them.

Fans don't have a clue what the governing body does though. Many hated Richard Lewis with a passion, yet he got the game to the best financial state it had ever been in AND successfully expanded SL to France. Bigger TV deal. Bigger sponsorship deal. Bigger Sport England deal. Higher crowds. More participants. Yet people were always calling him.

He left just as the recession kicked in, and the new lot have got to take over. Personally, I respect the fact that they've told the companies who have offered us pittance to sponsor the league to do one. It would completely devalue you it (further than the Stobart debacle).

Fans in sport are always looking to blame someone else for their club's misfortunes. It's not just RL. But to make a banner?

This could well be on the back of Hudge's comments about the proposed new league structure. We all know they hang on his every word. HE IS THE MESSIAH!!!

As with all sports the people who are'in charge' are usually just clueless figure heads (The FA ,ECB ) the RFL are no different. It's just that they tinker with the games rules every year and don't have the bottle to do something about the inept standard of match officials. Not just this year has the standard dropped but going back over the years can you name one referee who was consistently good. And don't even mention the tough judges.

The only thing the officials got wrong yesterday was allowing Burns to stay on the field so long
