Unless Horne has a massive season then it looks like we will need 2 halfbacks for next season.

Where do people expect us to sign 2 halfbacks from.

One English and One Overseas?

Finding a good enough halfback who is Englsih will be hard, Ratchford or Myler?

Or do we use 2 quota places on halfbacks, leaving us short in other areas.

I dont think Obst is the answer, but he along with Williams and Nicklas will provide good backup.

Ok it's for next season, but the club will have to start thinking about it soon to get the better overseas players.

Bring in to overseas half backs. It's what we've been missing. If we can't bring local halves through but seem to be ok developing decent local forwards then lets focus on recruiting to fix our weakness.

I agree it seems easier to devlop or sign English forwards.

I'd keep Moa and O Meley.

I think one from the NRL and possibly one from SL, be it overseas or not.

Long will go and unless he has an amazing season I can't see Horne getting a deal. That said if he has a great season i'd be happy to give him another deal, maybe a one year rolling contract.

It's only a matter of time before some familiar names get mentioned.

Three games into the season and we are already looking at next season, just about sums up us Fc fans the last three years really, always next season.
