If he takes full ownership of the club he'd have to take the council loan on. Who else is going to take it.

If he's taking all shares, so Minnards and Carter shares, you'd normally pay off their money, though Carter has previously said he wouldn't call it in......but the shares still need to be bought. You don't just give it for free.

the loan will be repayed, but now they suddenly want their directors loans back and want to charge the club 200k a year to use the stand. It's obvious we have no.money so without a takeover it ain't looking good. is there not something in the wording of the spirit of 1873. Basically they want 200 grand a year paying into the spirit of 1873 to use the new stand and they are still the trustees it bull shxt. I wish they would just go they've done enough damage to our club
