You can go through a hundred different reasons why we weren't good enough today and in many games this season but the main thing was the players didn't look like they could be bothered right from the start! You compare that to say Wigan last night who had a team full of young un's who were up for the 'fight' (mostly too up for it!) and you think will our coach ever put the fire in the bellies to inspire the team to greater things??

I don't think thats 100% fair on a few players today.

Dan Smith ran is blood to water for us.

I'd like to see the stats and see who it is in the side that isn't clearly producing. We need to be strong and aggressive across the park 1-17 week in week out and we're not.

Dan Smith has been a great signing but he is only 21 and is getting some serious game time due to his form but he is only 21 and this is his first Super League season... His should be a supporting not leading role with our seasoned 'professionals' that are not turning up anywhere near enough in relegation season.

We were poor from minute 1 to minute 80, a very disappointing performance and Cas were everything that we weren't.
Committed, determined, skilful, disciplined and they got away with murder in the ruck, laying on in the tackle and moving off the mark to play the ball was a disgrace.
But, we helped them, especially in the first half by gifting 2 of their tries and giving up possession on the first tackle.
