Why can't I buy a ticket for the Castleford game on the website? I live in Derbyshire so I don't want to make a special journey to Wakefield to buy one from the club shop. I. Could last season. Now all I get is either buy a season ticket if I click on the main Buy Tickets link or worse tickets for last season's games on the Match Tickets link. Not very professional. Now I know someone will tell me I should ring the club but thats not the point. Do you really think you get the same thing on the Leeds Wigan Saints etc sites?

I know it's difficult for you mate but will Leeds, Wigan or Saints be running on an office shoestring?

I should say its no consolation at all to poynton he's said what happened when he tried I presume there was nothing there to tell him what was happening

In this day and age you are absolutely right. It is important to be able to sell your product on line. It's an area we should improve.
However, life at Wakefield is not that simple unfortunately as we all know.
We are not Leeds, Sts or Wigan. Just the same as Lidl's web site is not as good as Marks and Spencer's. Should they be better, yes. Can they afford the investment over other fundamental issues. probably not.

So, I think we should try and improve it and I reckon in 21st Century Wakefield you could probably get the web equivalent of snowie to do it for free but at the same point, I'm happy that we sorted out wages and creditors before we did this, so for now I can live with it.
I don't see that as defending the club, I see that as being pragmatic and understanding.
