Right, its not really ALL down to John Kear on the loses... Its also the players who are under performing ... Yes its JK's choice, but they're all proffessional players who should be performing at there best week in week out, its what they get paid for.
As for players coming and going, isn't ALL down to Kear either;
Danny Brough to Huddersfield cannot have been all down to JK as he is a big fan of Dannys.
Shane Tronc going home due to family reasons.
And Terry Newtons dismissal from the game.
All 3 of these players would have been clinical to our team throughout the season, and changes to the squad have been made, but we cannot change what has happend, which has been alot.

Agree to an extent but tactics and team selection are down to JK and he has been getting both wrong for some considerable time now

Yes he has, i see where your coming from, but the team selection has been mixed due to changes throughout the season, unsettling the team.

However, over the last 5-6 games, the team is lacking on their fitness. We seem to be playing 60 minutes, then slacking off for the last 20... Which IMO is the key reason why we are loosing...A few players could do with a rest and give the younger lads a go like we did at the begining of the season.
