Is Vaughan not back up to Faz and Junior next year? If they can get the best out of him he’d be a great replacement with his SL experience, however not the best experience I’ll admit loosing every week
Whilst playing in a well beaten team every week I’ve not seen much in him to think he’s going to be ready for a regular rotation spot in the SR next year.
Faz is fading quickly and I personally think we need an older head to come into that pack in the second row for a season or 2 to transition Faz out and a potentially youngster in.
When I say older I mean late 20’s or 30 at a push with games under their belt, I don’t see anyone in SL that fits that bill so more than likely an overseas player.
True, I do think he could be one of our project players, one who is probably more developed than the others we’ve signed. I remember one of the saints lads saying he’d captained each team he’s been in, so I’d imagine he use to setting the standard and maybe under the guidance of locker and faz they could help him develop his game. It would have to be a quick turn around I’ll admit as faz hasn’t looked his usual self and it’s possibly time to have him be back up.
