It sounds like he's really putting them through their paces and no player should have an excuse for not being in good shape come the start of the season.

But will they be doing it in Mankini's if not then why bother?

All but praise for magtops so far seems he is very well disaplined when setting the players with tasks to get fit and liked how he sent the acadamy lads on a work placement to show them how lucky they are very well done so far.

It wasn't much of a surprise then because they knew ~ not that it matters.
All this stuff helps build that team mentality that we have been lacking.

a positive note, would be even better if they took em to lympstone to train with the royal marines !!!! that is gruelling training!!!

My cousins is a marine and you can tell how tough the training must be by the size of him!

He must have put about 3 stone on in muscle in the last few months.

Should be a good team bonding exercise. Can't wait to see us take on Wrexham in feb now.
