The Wigan Way: To be the best at everything you do.
From the Squad winning trophies, to the kids coming through, to the coaching staff, to the scouting staff, to the marketing department, to the attendances, to the ticket pricing, to the corporate, to the merchandise, to the programmes, to the match day entertainment......and on and on..!!
In other words if there is a Super League club out there doing ANY of the above better than Wigan, then the club must work quickly to ensure that Wigan overtake that club whatever it takes.

There is no way some of our current squad will buy into that. Hopefully we will have them out the door. |

Not to fully embrace coaching methods? I'm sure the club have some t&c's built into contracts like most workplaces do.
Either way, at worst it would be dropped to reserves and contract not renewed, perhaps even loaned out.
Nowt like a month in the Reserves to bring a person down a peg or two. |
