I am currently watching the Salford - Warrington game and feel we still have a slim chance of survival. I know it is a slim chance, but Salford are looking in trouble and not likely to win many games. I also remember that they beat us, but I still see them as beatable.
That said we have to start working for 80 minutes and not dropping our heads when we go behind. I also believe that JD needs help from an experienced SL coach ASAP.
Yes we need players as well, but I don’t see where they can come from right now.
This season is not over, but this weekends performance may change my outlook.

VL , I’m in full agreement with you , but something needs to be done as soon as possible before it’s to late , JD needs to realise his job is on the line , and take action NOW no room for sentiment , he has to change things , Reynolds isn’t working at 6 , his days are numbered , look at other SL sixes , no comparison , we need a bit of luck with injuries , get some troops back, and try to put 80 minutes in not 40 .

The players are fighting for their lives as well , for me some are not SL standard , if McCarthey ,Helliwell, Sau ,and Wildie left the Club , they wouldn’t be in SL ,Cmon JD be ruthless , we need wins and fast , some fans took for granted wins against Wakey , Hull KR , Salford , and Hudds would happen , well they won’t , time is ticking by let’s act before it’s to late .

I agree with your comment that those players wouldn't get in other super league sides but what other options do we have? We were short of quality going in to the season now we are just short full stop. I fail to see what bringing in another coach would achieve. The team pretty much picks itself and, quite simply, it's the worst in super league.

Leyther I didn’t say get rid of JD , I said his job is on the line ,the longer the losing run continues the more pressure on him , I’m sure John knows this .

Again I agree about where players are going to be found , SL Clubs are reluctant to loan out players to competitors ,and we have injuries ,it’s a catch 22 situation , but we knew this from the start , on Sunday I watched a couple of players who seemed just going through the motions , then pointing fingers after tries were scored , they are a team , play like one , and play as their lives depended on a win .

I hope we really are still in this and that recruitment of next seasons squad is well underway so as to avoid a repeat of the current situation.

I understand what you're saying, I just don't see how Duffy's job can be on the line under the circumstances we currently find ourselves in. Only 19 named in the squad, and only two specialist props. Other teams in the competition, in the meantime, are leaving players out of their playing squads that would walk in to our side. It's like a boxer going in to a fight with one hand tied behind his back and people wondering why he's been knocked out...

Leyther we all know the difficulty JD is having at the moment , both with injuries and with results , but as the season progresses the pressure will become more and more ,fans don’t want to see a losing team and they won’t pay 30 quid either .

It happened with Abram ,and happened with Jukes ,I don’t know how long Derek will keep his patience ,rumour has it there is no relegation this year , I hope it is right , because it’s the only way we will be saved ,without counting the players money , JD has a back room staff of at least 10 on wages it can’t carry on .Apparently Gildart has signed for West Tigers and they want Ian Thorniley , I don’t know where the players are coming from .

Atomic ,I meant Gildart has signed for West Tigers and Wigan want Thorniley to replace him , bad when we need players not let them go .

Big problems at Leigh Charlie. Not sure why they are not ploughing money in to keep him. It’s as though nobody is bothered what happens.

We are definitely not still in this, you can clearly see the players are now not playing for Duffy.

I’ve also heard there’s a rift in camp hence why some players aren’t playing.
