| Be very surprised if he's not back playing SL before the seasons out.

| I'd have him back at Salford in a heart beat, more than capable player who offers that elusive scoot from the PTB.

| Honestly shocked at this.
Shame his Oz dream didn't happen. No offence intended but he's levels above Swinton. He could easily do a job for all championship and half the SL. Would have him back at Salford (playing ability). But as always we are not privilege to what was happening behind the scenes (not to imply he was a trouble causer at all).
Always caused some pip and zip at the play of the ball, Same as Dyer at Warrington. Anyhow best of luck to the lad.

Just as well he could do a job in the Championship, one of the reasons perhaps why Swinton signed him!

| Long time no hear Marshy, welcome back, now go away.
As for Liam Hood, Agree better than Tomkins.
But after watching the Rochdale match and the young lad who came on Wilkinson i think it was, from the U19, i can poss see why the club let Liam Hood go, as everyone says we dont know what the plans are off Tim Sheens and Ian Watson.
Or if Liam Hood wanted to stay at the club when he might of been told he was now further down the pecking order we do not know.
I wish him luck with Swinetown, and i dont think it will belong before he is playing further up the league.

| I rate Hood as previous posts show, but agree re Wilkinson: if he develops as expected, could be a possible International.

As stated all, not the fodder you're going to be this year.

| Sad to see him in a lower division, hope he hasn't sold himself short and that he's only doing what he's doing to put himself in the shop window.
