Hard one to predict this - Cas should blow them away on paper but:
1st game of season
Leigh 1st game in SL
Gonna be showers/light snow & cold.
All considered I'm gonna go 22 - 12 to Cas.

Aside from Ryan Hampshire, most of Leigh's recruits seem to be on the wrong side of 30 or at least close to. I can see it being 18-12 to Cas at halftime with Cas winning 40-22.

Having watched Cas have miserable starts to Superleague for last couple of year....
Couldnt beat Wakey 2 year ago or Hull KR last year....
I expect this to be a very close run game. Good for the neutral watching on SS.

My expectations for this game are high. Leigh looking to make an impression on SL. They have the fire and will go out all guns blazing. I expect Powell's men will show the viewers the kind of rugby we all should be playing.
Leigh to start off the smartest and look a huge threat but Tigers to run away with it. 36-12.

Cas look very good.mix of size and speed. Some very good players not in this 17. Leigh looked better with the squad that got them up but still early for them as a team and cas away is different than middle8s against teams that have lost many games.next weeks game versus leeds will tell us a bit more about Leigh than this which was always going to be tough.
