For the saints fans behind the goal, did it go over. Hanbury thought it did,mapparently the match commissioner said it did, your thoughts?

Fair play to saints for coming back but we didn't deserve to lose. Such a tiring awesome performance from us, gutted.

I thought it went over, I was sat directly on line with it but both touch judges waved it down as a miss.

Gutted. I mean we missed other conversions and that killed us but if that was rightly given it may have made all the difference.

There were quite a few baffling decisions during the game.

Would like to see the Lance no try. Either he did drop it in the act of putting the ball down, or else the ref and in goal touch judge saw the ball bounce sharply off the plastic pitch following it being put down and assumed it had been dropped.

I'm 99.9% sure it went over, I was sat right in line with it.

He did say that the officials where bad for both sides as one of our guys was taken out off the ball trying to stop the drop goal.

Sia was took off the ball while charging down the drop goal. The drop goal looked touch and go from my seat.

I think we got a little luck today.

I can confrim both points, the kick looked to me like it went over and we were sat behind the sticks on line with the kicker BUT , Lances try was a good try he didnt drop it or bounce it so I have no idea why it was chalked off, Hicks was diabolical for both sides, but after every game you can say , if only , or if the ref had......... , its on the record books and nothing can change

Agreed, Hicks was rubbish today for both teams.

The offside at the kick off was a joke, every team, every week are offside at the kick off.

He missed 4 kicks that was his problem. The Lance try looked good too. Swings and roundabouts.

TBF that offside was probably him trying to rectify his mistake with the goal kick. Very harsh either way.
