I can't believe yer surprised although i did chuckle at Clarkes "stats" that showed in his opinion 7 50/50's went our way yet only 3 50/50's went theirs plenty about Mags on Anderson and JP not square on our line yet zilch about Fakirs double whammy in 2 minutes or the numerous french not square hands in at the ptb etc etc.

I stopped watching Boots n All when Clarke started doing all that statistical bollox.

did they seriously do that - so what the shocking conclusion was that clarke and the ref came to a different opion on maybe 20% of the 50/50 calls...we clearly must have cheated

I know it's great. By the nature of 50/50 calls the stats say we got 2 more 50/50 calls then probability would suggest, we must be the biggest cheats then .

Its not just Boots n All and the Sky guys. Most of the RL community and media (and even 1 or 2 Leeds fan themselves) don't want to see Leeds win the title again. I can understand it to an extent as when I watch other sports seeing a certain team or player win title after title can leave you wishing for someone different winning after a while. But its the sheer desperation and hope that we lose that I find quite pitiful. I remember last year when we reached the GF, people said they were tired of seeing Leeds in the final because it was our 4th in 5 years, yet strangely no complaints about Saints reaching their 6th on the trot. Same thing this year, haven't heard no one upset about Saints' chances of another GF, whilst some people are almost praying not to see Leeds at Old Trafford again.
