| Also to mention, daryll clarke MUST keep this guy. completely changed the game when he came on. If he gets quick play of the ball this guy can cause teams ALL sorts of problems. MUST KEEP!!!

| Two good posts there 'Normycastiger'.
If we get some of the big guys back (Huby, Emitt, Jackson) to give added strength and tackling down the middle. Beef up our tackling out wide with Ferris returning and then play Clarke and Owen in these respective positions, it gives us genuine attacking options.

| Thought he was pure class last night. Looked cool, assured, safe and very dangerous with ball in hand.
Also thought you were very unlucky last night and full marks goes to Matterson for getting his team to perform under such adversity. A couple of iffy decisions proved to be the difference in the end.

| I totally agree, Richard Owen is a better player at full back, and he is the best full back that Cas have, much better than Mathers and Goldy. I think last nights game gave us a couple of positives for next season, let's play Owen at FB and also Daryl Clark is a cracking hooker, him and Milner rotating at 9 next season.

| Hopefully someone can bulk him up over the summer so he has strength as well as speed.

Aye, I've heard that a few times and have said elsewhere that I think Matterson has treated him shoddily over the 2nd half of this season, barely picking him. But hopefully a change of coach may prompt a change of thinking from both parties!

| To be fair to Matterson, you can't rush bringing players through. Yes, Clark has had a good impact but he's still raw and young and so will have plenty of opportunities in the future. Arundel is a prime example - first full season, seems to have burnt out half-way through and struggled to regain form.
With Clark, however, I'd like to see him involved with England Knights and have them and the England team training together. He could then work with Roby who can mentor him on the way he plays. I do see him in the Roby-esque mould, though.

| I think Owen is definitely our best player at full back. Remain to be convinced by Mathers from what I've seen this season.
I would like to see Clark at half back and Milner play hooker. Clark has one of the best rugby brains I've seen for a long while and think that him and Rangi would make a great combination for the next five years or so. We could build a great team around those three.
Hats off to Danny Orr though, been brilliant this season, would like to see him involved in first team coaching set up when he retires!
