Booked the trip this afternoon for my daughter and me. Seems very good value and the added bonus for us is there is a feeder coach/minibus from the Fylde coast and Blackpool.
They only have £21 tickets left now - my nephew has sorted us some £51 seats for all the family, but I'm presuming they'll be going down with Storming Norman from Bamfurlong/Ashton!
Driving to/from Uxbridge : £70 petrol costs for 400 mile return journey
2 nights B&B in Uxbridge, including parking : £152.00
Return tube on day of match, circa £20 for family of 3.
Total costs £242.
Add on our match tickets at £31 each means the weekend will cost under £115 each for 2 nights stay.
I think some of these travel firms are having a laugh!
